Buying surplus, dead stock & returns from UK businesses
For Amazon, Shopify, eBay and TikTok Shop sellers
Stock sitting in a fulfilment centre costs you money every month it doesn't sell. We buy aged, excess and slow-selling Amazon FBA inventory outright, so you can stop the storage fees, protect your IPI score and put the cash back into products that actually move.
Yes. You can sell FBA inventory to a stock buyer by creating a removal order in Seller Central and having the stock sent to you, your 3PL or straight to the buyer. We review your ASIN list, make you a fixed cash offer, and arrange collection once the removal has arrived. It's usually quicker and more predictable than waiting for Amazon's own liquidation programme.
Most FBA sellers don't end up with excess stock because they did anything wrong. A product gets a bad review, a competitor drops their price, a seasonal line misses its window, or a bulk order arrives just as demand slows down. Before long you're looking at an inventory age report full of units you'd rather not think about.
The longer that stock sits, the more it costs you:
At some point, clearing the stock and starting fresh is simply the better business decision. That's where we come in.
We buy finished, sellable goods from online sellers of every size, from a few pallets to a full warehouse. That includes:
Got stock that's simply old rather than an Amazon issue? See our page on how to sell dead stock. If most of what you're holding came back from customers, we also buy customer returns.
Export your inventory report from Seller Central, or just send a list of ASINs or EANs, product names and quantities. Photos help if the stock is already with you.
We check demand, condition and resale value, then send you one clear offer for the lot. No fees taken off afterwards and no obligation to accept.
Once you accept, create a removal order in Seller Central. Stock can come to you, to your prep centre or 3PL, or directly to an address we give you. We'll talk you through it if you haven't done one before.
When the stock is ready, we collect it at a time that suits you and pay you before it leaves.
Amazon runs its own liquidation programme, and for some sellers it's a reasonable option. But it works very differently from selling to a stock buyer, so it's worth knowing what you're choosing between.

Seller Central
Amazon's own terms say it only facilitates liquidation and doesn't guarantee that your items will sell or what you'll receive. If you want certainty, a fixed offer from a buyer is usually the simpler route.
There's no set percentage, because every load is different. Our offer depends on:
A clean inventory export with ASINs, quantities and your original cost gives us everything we need to make an accurate offer quickly.
It's a fair concern. The last thing you want is your own stock reappearing on your listing at half price. Tell us when you get in touch and we'll talk through where the stock will be resold, such as outside the UK, off-Amazon or through trade-only channels. That way you can clear the stock without damaging the products you're still selling.
Create a removal order in Seller Central and choose the delivery address. You can send it to yourself, a prep centre or 3PL, or directly to a buyer. Removal orders have a per-unit fee and can take some time to process, so it's worth starting as soon as you've accepted an offer.
Yes. We make the offer while the stock is still in FBA, then you create the removal order once you've accepted. We collect it when it arrives at the address you've chosen.
We're usually best for a pallet or more, but we look at every list. A smaller amount of a strong, in-demand product can still be worth an offer.
Yes. Private label stock is one of the most common things FBA sellers come to us with. Branded packaging is fine. The offer depends on how easily the product can be resold.
If you want a fixed price and fast payment, selling to a buyer is usually better. Amazon's programme can work for small amounts of low-value stock, but the price and timing aren't guaranteed and fees are deducted.
Yes. We buy ecommerce inventory from any channel, including Shopify, eBay, TikTok Shop and your own website. It doesn't need to have been on Amazon.
We resell it through our own trade and export channels. If where it ends up matters to your brand, tell us at the start and we'll agree it before you accept the offer.
